Returns and Exchanges
All orders are ordered and shipped especially for you. Many of our items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer. If you need to return or cancel an order within 30 days of shipment, a credit will be issued within 1 week of receipt and inspection of the items minus actual incurred shipping costs and any restocking fees. We will not issue an RGA for a return or exchange on any special order item/s and/or item/s that are over $1000.00. Please make sure that this is the item you want before placing the order. (if there is damage, we will get either a new fixture or replacement part/s to rectify the issue.)
Most items are shipped on our site with FREE SHIPPING; however, if they are returned, the actual cost of shipping will be deducted from the credit. The restocking fee is 25% on most items. Special Orders and/or Custom Orders are NON-RETURNABLE. Large Quantity Orders (10 or more) are NON-RETURNABLE. All orders cancelled before shipment will incur a $15.00 cancellation fee.
We understand there are times when you will have to return your order. Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will promptly refund your order minus any restocking fees. All returns must be in new condition in their original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have been installed or on which the wires have been cut. Please make sure that you are satisfied with your order before installing it or modifying it in any way.
Please do not schedule any installation and/or electricians until you have received and checked your order. The estimated delivery dates are given based on our past experience with the manufacturer and/or by the estimated delivery date given by the manufacturer to us. Lights2you is in no way responsible for the accuracy of these dates; they are estimates only and may be subject to change. Lights2you is in no way responsible for any installation costs and/or restocking fees. If you need to cancel your order, we will do our best to try to cancel the order before it has shipped. If the order has shipped, you will be responsible for any restocking fees and/or shipping and handling charges. All orders cancelled before shipment will incur a $15.00 cancellation fee.
IF YOU RETURN ANY PRODUCT AFTER 30 DAYS WITHOUT AN RGA NUMBER, IT WILL BE REFUSED AND SHIPPED BACK TO YOU. IF ANY PRODUCT IS RETURNED DURING THE 30-DAY PERIOD WITHOUT AN RGA NUMBER, IT WILL BE SUBJECT TO A 50% RESTOCKING FEE. NO EXCEPTIONS! YOU MUST GET AN RGA NUMBER BEFORE RETURNING ANY ITEM!
All items MUST include a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) number before you return them. PLEASE put the RGA number on the shipping label only. DO NOT WRITE THE RGA NUMBER ON ANY BOXES. To obtain an RGA number, email us a Return Request. All returns must be returned prepaid and insured in their original boxes and repackaged properly in NEW condition with no cut wires or alterations of any kind. Items not returned in their original boxes will be refused and no credit will be issued. All requests for returns MUST be received within 30 days from the receipt of your order. Absolutely NO returns will be honored after 30 days.

Damaged or Mis-Shipped Merchandise
DO NOT REFUSE ANY DAMAGED SHIPMENTS. Most of the time, a glass is all that is damaged in shipping. This is an item we can easily replace if we are notified within 7 days of delivery. If you do not notify us of broken glass within 7 days of delivery, you may be charged any or all of the following: the cost of the replacement glass, the cost to ship the replacement glass, and/or a $15.00 processing fee for the replacement glass.
ITEMS REFUSED AT DELIVERY ARE SUBJECT TO A 50% RESTOCK FEE PLUS THE COSTS INCURRED TO SHIP THE ITEMS BOTH TO AND BACK FROM THE RECEPIENT. DO NOT REFUSE SHIPMENTS! If you receive an item that is damaged in any way, notify both us and the carrier within 72 hours of delivery. Failure to do this WILL void your claim with the shipper. Please make sure to keep all packing material for inspection. We will make the replacement process as quick and easy as possible. It is at our discretion to either ship a replacement part, or ship a new fixture. We are not responsible for any costs of installation nor any costs due to a delay of the project resulting from damaged, delayed, and/or mis-shipped items. If the shipping error is ours, we will cover normal shipping costs to correct the problem. DAMAGE NOT REPORTED WITHIN 72 HOURS OF DELIVERY WILL NOT BE HONORED.
