USA LOWER 48 STATES
To make shopping easier and more convienient for you, we include the cost of
Shipping and Handling in our pricing on most items shipped to the contiguous
United States (Lower 48 States). However, some companies do not allow their
products to be combined with Free Shipping and the cost of shipping is listed
seperately on that items detail page. Express shipping is available on
many items, please contact us for availability and shipping costs. Many
items are in stock and ready to ship in 2-5 business days, others will
be ordered and shipped by the manufacture just for you. Some manufactures
allow shipping directly to the customers, others require that the items
be routed through our store. The shipping times listed in our site
reflects the time it usually takes for an item to ship from the
manufacture. Not necessarily the time it will take for you to receive
your order. You can check the status and shipping time of any order
by signing into your account and viewing order status and history.
ALASKA, HAWAII, AND INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Additional shipping and handling charges will apply on all orders to these destinations.
To receive a shipping and handling quote on your order, place your
order through our checkout system. We will calculate the additional shipping costs and
contact you via email for your approval. Your order will not be
shipped until you approve of these additional charges. WE CURRENTLY ARE NOT ACCEPTING ANY ORDERS TO INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS.
ITEMS SHIPPED VIA TRUCK FREIGHT
Items shipped via truck freight are delivered to the curbside only.
The driver will not help unload or move any freight. Please be sure
to have plenty of help on hand at the time of delivery. The freight
company may call to schedule an appointment to make the delivery.
When you receive your order please make sure to count and verify all
the carton counts. If you sign a freight bill saying you received all
eight cartons, and later discover you only received seven, you will
not have a claim. Have the driver note any count discrepancies
directly on the freight bill before signing. Inspect all cartons for any signs of
damage, holes, water damage, etc. Have the driver note any damage
directly on the freight bill. If necessary, have the driver watch as
you open and inspect the cartons for damage. Do not sign until you
are sure you've received your order as stated in good condition and/or
the driver has noted any damage and/or shortage. This
is very important, if you sign that you received an order complete and
in good condition and later find damage or shortage, you will not be
able to file a claim with the freight company. Some manufactures may require a commercial (non-residential) address for delivery of the large items that must ship via truck. We will contact you for a commercial address if one is not provided.
